The large-scale upgrade of Windows 8 will be distributed free of charge. A preliminary version appears online in the first day of the BUILD conference of 2013. Instead of simply chose the name Blue Windows 8.1. And, according to rumors, the update will be released in two versions: "desktop" (for PCs and laptops) and RT (for tablets).

The exact release date is still unknown. The updated Windows Start button back, and yet, "Operating System" will be available on compact Tablet with a diagonal of 8.7 inches. It is also planned to use the new kernel NT version 6.3, the drivers, the browser Internet Explorer 11, an improved interface, and new gestures and control program.
