Facebook launched anti-virus service Malware Checkpoint, reported on the official Facebook Security. This service is intended for users who are suspected to have appeared on their computer malware.
Malware Checkpoint temporarily block the account in Facebook, so that the virus is not sent out on your behalf dangerous content. Then it checks and deletes the virus using one of the two free tools - Microsoft Security Essentials or McAfee Scan.
