The European Association of telecom operators (ETNO) proposed to charge large Internet companies - such as Yandex, Google, FaceBook or Facebook, - fee in the form of a tax burden that they create traffic on the network of providers. It seems to be logical.
They point out that today's networks are transferred huge amounts of traffic. To ensure the transmission provider must establish quality infrastructure. The construction and development of infrastructure, in turn, are expensive. In short, they want to solve their problems at the expense of large Internet companies. Well, there is some logic in their words. But somehow they have forgotten that we pay in the end for all of us - users of the Internet.
