By Nokia, received in Q2 net loss of 1.4 billion euros, has confirmed plans to close its last factory in Finland. The factory, located in the town of Salo in the south of the country, will stop operations in September of this year.

Closure of the plant in Salo is part of restructuring measures, which Nokia announced in June this year. There will also be shut down factories in Germany and Canada. By the end of 2013 the company plans to cut about 10,000 jobs worldwide.
